DATA COLLECTED

The collection of personal data on the domain www.borealis.swiss is possible:

  • When you browse the www.borealis.swiss website, we collect connection and browsing data via your IP address.
  • When you enter your information when applying for a job or via our contact form (last name, first name, country, city of residence, phone number, email address), your data is stored.

This data collection is necessary and mandatory for the following purposes:

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data is retained for 6 months. After this period, we permanently delete all your personal data, provided that we are not legally required to retain it and that its processing is not necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

DATA TRANSFER

All subcontractors of Borealis Innovation SA have provided data protection clauses based on the model established and approved by the European Commission.

Borealis Innovation SA, as the controller of your personal data, undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data transmitted, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

To facilitate the processing of your request, you must provide your first and last name, as well as your email address. If there is any doubt about your identity, Borealis innovation SA reserves the right to ask you to prove your identity with a valid ID. Borealis innovation SA undertakes to respond to you within 30 days of receiving your request. Given the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by 30 days.
